Thank you for your comments Daniel. I am disappointed that you feel you have been given false promises. When you enquired about employment with Pawson Transport, you were informed of the pay structure in writing and this was also reiterated in the job offer given to you. Whilst I accept you were keen to reach a particular net wage this is beyond our control and very much in the hands of HMRC.
Whilst it is not my intention to discuss further issues in the public domain I feel that I must highlight the fact that I personally responded to one of your emails. I am sure you will agree that professionalism in the industry sits on both sides of the fence and that the flexibility we gave you in your early days speaks volumes. Recent events would also make me question your own work ethic! However, I remain sorry our relationship has come to an end and may I wish you success in your future employment.

Worked for them on the understanding that I'd get paid a salary and then once I'd started got told different, emails after email saying a weekly wage then you don't get paid it, very poorly run company.
