Can be a pain if you just want to buy something straightforward (such as laptop) because most products locked away so need an assistant then they 'have' to take your address and then try and sell you cloud storage/warranties ect

I spoke to a guy called Martin fantastic advice fantastic product knowledge and really really helpful. If I ever need anything else I'll be going back. Really good stock plus delivery service

Where do I start!! Bought a computer Oct 2016, didn't work properly, tried to get money back refused, tried again, show PC World the law such returns, they fused again, left it with them to repair, said it was repaired, broke down again for the 7th time, now had it 6 weeks, not had it back as yet, June 2017, it has never worked properly, and even the tray broke, repaired! Total con merchants, do not use this company, there are loads of good independent electrical shops out there who value their customers. USE THEM instead of this shambles of a company who only rely on YOUR stupidity to even shop with them!

I went in to buy a laptop for my work, all going well i picked a asus transformer 3 i5, everything went smoothly i paid in cash and card, but getting it home and i opened it to find it had been used already, there wasnt any of the og packaging and the power cable was a mess, i switched it on to find it was already done!! Ok on the side it sead it had been set up all good you might think, but no this computer had been set up 6 months ago the anti virus programme gave the game away it told me the 30 day trial had ended on the 26/11/2016, this computer was second hand and sold to me as new, i didnt ask for it to be started or set up, ive spoke to pc world on twitter and made sure its not in their shop policy to set computers up without the owners consent, so i took it back and got £10 and a replacement factory sealed asus. Yep only £10 What a joke!!! And a shop scam selling seconds as new. I wasnt even offered a upgrade for the having this happened to me. On twitter i got a reply and i should have been greatfull for the £10 i got for my 32 mile round trip and time off from work and having been sold a secondhand computer because why would they setup a computer for the hell of it!!..So buyer beware always make sure its sealed unless you see it opened infront of you.. thanks pcworld

Knowledgeable staff, good products and prices. Only downside is layout of store although did have nice meet and greet lady on my last visit who called someone immediately.

Great prices for new washing machine and TV. Was taken to my car for me too :)

I love technology, and therfore I'm always going to like curry's. Has good selection of TVs, PCs, kitchen technology, white utilities. Easy to access and never too busy
