Closing down due to relocation.

I've only had my laptop 18 months (had to go back faulty, 3 weeks after originally getting it!). Took it in last week....and now can't even log on?! Screen flashing. No idea what the man did, but since he touched it, I can't use it and have assignments coming out of my ears! Not happy. Terrible products and now poor service.
