Advisors need to know more than Know how

On face value we received good customer service, but we were actually mis sold a laptop that based on what we wanted to use it for, it was completely useless!

Staff just stand around chatting with each other and when a staff member does talk to you they lack knowledge about products and more interested in selling aftercare

Very helpful but wish they would come over to you and ask if you needed help

Great store as usually! They are moving to another building just in front of the actual one. Great variety of laptops and even more online. Some guys are not so expert but overall they always try to help the customer as much as they can!

Pathetic service from head office call centre. Was not interested in customer service wouldn't let me speak to the store also said its not his fault if they don't answer. He didn't try hard to help. Well done Tesco can supply me a iPad and they are open 24hrs. Really disappointed. In future I will make all my business purchases esle where
