Had the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life with PC World last week . Johnny , who works at the Bury store is a credit to the company .My tablet , which I'd bought a few months ago , kept breaking and on my 3rd return , Johnny swapped it for a brand new one . He made sure it was all set up for me , free of charge and had it delivered to my door , the very same day . It wasn't just what Johnny did , it was the the lovely and friendly way he dealt with it , with a lovely smile . What a fantastic employee you are Johnny , I can't thank you enough Xxx🐕👼🐕

Started adding unwanted parts, kept 2 weeks extra due to waiting for unnecessary parts then lost my laptop!

Convenient location to town centre, and accessible. Store isn't stocked with a wide variety, so best off deliver to store if it helps you missing a home delivery. You're also wise doing research on your product prior to purchase in store, as training appears rather lacking in the products sold, and willingness of the staff to help is fairly low.

Bought a new computer here. It was all set up, software installed and ready to use.

Terrible staff, terrible company (includes Currys). The staff have no idea what they are selling you, as petty as it sounds, I tested my theory in Bury, Currys. I asked for the best Full 4K Blu Ray player, and the woman tried selling me an up scaling Sony. I asked if it had 3D (knowing it didn't) and she said yes they all do (lies).

I returned some headphones that were broken here, one of the few times I shopped at PC World, and due to having a gift card given me. Otherwise wouldn't have. Was faced with a staff member who refused to do anything as they were used (only bought then 2 days prior). I asked for the manager who walked over in a cocky fashion, who was arrogant, and refused to do anything. I said I would stay in store until it was sorted, he said go for it.

I followed the staff round the store, and stood in front of them, blocking them from customers, I wasn't aggressive, nothing they could do. They were the criminals. Eventually the manager took me to the desk and gave me a refund just to get rid of me. - I win.

I went in store Bury again to use a gift card for my friend to pick out a laptop she wanted. I asked the guy for the clock speed of the CPU, a simple question a PC World staff member should know, he had no idea, he went onto the Laptop in store, and was in the Documents folder, then went into the Windows folder, what are you doing? I asked, he said, I am trying to find out for you. He had no idea. I said give it here I'll teach you, I clicked Start->Run->Typed DXDIAG and had the info within seconds, his face was red with embarrassment. It comes to something when a regular joe has to teach the Know Nothing experts how to use a PC I said, and walked out.
