PCT Supplies is an environmentally conscious company. There is only a limited natural resource available on our planet, but fortunately most people are aware of this and want to reduce their carbon footprint - as well as save money on consumables.

The Government's environmental agency advise that almost 3 million tonnes of waste plastic is produced each year with only 7% currently being recycled.

In the UK we use around 6 million cartridges a year. Tragically about 65% of these needlessly go direct to landfill. Some facts below highlight just a few effects of not recycling:

It is widely believed that plastics take at least 500 years to decompose
Every recycled toner saves enough energy to power a 60w light bulb for a whole day.
Each new toner that is manufactured costs the planet two pints of crude oil with immense environmental and ecological effects.
