I cook everything from scratch at home. All products have a clear list of ingredients and I am always happy to talk to you about how something was made.

Ingredients. I use butter for my cakes, not margarine. Local free range eggs, not battery. Local, fresh vegetables (certified organic if possible). Home-made stock, not out of a packet. fLocal Suffolk Chorizo and pork.

Recyclable and compostable. I use containers, napkins & spoons that are made out of recyclable or compostable materials.

Fairtrade. Ingredients shouldn't cost integrity, so I use Fairtrade sugar and other Fairtrade ingredients wherever possible.
