Good morning everyone- today I would like to hear from any local families that are looking to attend a relaxed nature themed group, I have run these in the past and they have been a great success.
The sessions usually last 45min, are outside and child lead- although each session has a theme.
Sessions run for 6 weeks at a time, and are open to all ages and abilities.

Today I am thinking about how much pressure we put on ourselves.
Why do we do that?
How can we stop?
... Firstly we need to be able to notice when this happens, That it's just our brains making us feel like we need to do more, be more. When you notice this write it down.
Logging your emotions can be such an eye opener, getting to know your emotional patterns, seeing what situations you cope with better than others can allow you to gain clarity and learn how to deal with these situations better.
Then we need to remind ourselves we are good enough, we are enough. Write it on a note, stick it somewhere you will see everyday, put it as the wallpaper on your phone, say it to yourself, shout it out loud, what ever works for you.
Take time to re train your mind, notice when you say negative things to yourself, change that negative into a positive, practise mindfulness or find something just for you, something you enjoy and allow yourself to get lost in it.
Remember in life we can only ever try our best, no one can expect anything more from us, so don't let your brain trick you into thinking you need to be anything other than your self!

💜Today I am thinking about Christmas. 💜
This year its my aim to have a as plastic free as possible Xmas, and only buy ethically sourced, Organic or natural gifts.
I alway favour home made gifts any day, But its lovely to have a little treat now and then.
... This "Bee Lovely" Collection really makes me smile, Such a sweet set and buying it means helping saving the Bee's. 🐝
