Had a seasonal pitch for over 3 years ...l love it here . Roger and family are very helpful and kind ....tjey keep the place in great order in every way.
Good pitches, cheap electricity (meter) toilets are clean enough. Also offers fishing. WiFi is cheap (£6 = 3 devices for 3 days) but is limited to 10/2Mb and coverage is patchy but better than most other sites.
Just become a seasonal pitch holder clean staff really friendly shower blocks kept to a good standard any problems Henry is always there to help , my boys love the park they fill safe. Security very good other caravan holders are also very friendly. Laundry good need another washing machine gets very busy at times. Electric good water and waste provide can't fault this place at all. Also fishing pools very clean and lots of carp

Grounds kept clean and tidy, however staff have been unfriendly multiple times and once came across as threatening. The first 6 months of a seasonal pitch are great, after that it all goes down hill, speaking with multiple people onsite about large increases in price that are unjustified. Started to feel unwelcome and actually resulted in me not wanting to stay in the caravan on site. There were also acts of vandalism against my property, including multiple deep scratches on my car, this has been reported to the police and they are currently investigating. Luckily I had a camera record the culprit. Would never visit the site again. The driveway is extremely dusty, with dust being in and all over your car / caravan. The only positive thing about the site is the fishing lake.
