We bought a bed and mattress here... mattress is really good, the bed frame however was faulty it took around 6 weeks to replace. I told the staff that I was heavily pregnant and sleeping on a mattress on the floor is really uncomfortable but they didn't seem to have much sympathy. I had to chase them several times about the replacement as I was told it could take anywhere between 2-5 weeks to replace. When they delivered the replacement it was damaged, there was a chip on the bed head which the delivery driver noticed immediately. I rang them a couple of times to try and sort this out. I have now waited a month and not had any contact from them. Really disappointed in their poor customer service, I certainly won't be buying anything else from them and it seems once they have your money any problems they aren't bothered with. Disappointing all round.

Wardrobes looked nice in the showroom but really poor quality when delivered. Wanted to return them as they were rubbish and the shop wouldn’t take them back. Don’t go here, waste of money, poor quality and bad customer service.
