These guys are great! Just bought my first road bike, a Trek from their Sutton branch. The service and advice was first class, more than I would have received from a 'large chain store'. Thanks to Gustavo I now have a bike that I feel confident in, enjoy riding and also know that I can always return to the store in the future if I need any more assistance.
Thanks to Will and the team for making my 3 year old Elliot super happy with his first pedal bike. 2 hours later and he was riding round the park like heŌĆÖd done it for ages!

My fourth Pearson bike is serving me brilliantly, got me round Blenheim Triathlon for the third time a few weeks ago...I'd like to think it was my athletic prowess..but it's probably the bike!
Like others who have reviewed, I was less than satisfied by Evans' efforts. In contrast, the guys at Pearsons were not just helpful, they also went the extra mile, and all for a kid's birthday bike and a mum's SUAB. Not just for MAMILs , these people understand bikes, people and the idea of customer service. They make pretty decent bikes, too.
Can't recommend them highly enough. Forget the chain stores and the budget warehouses - come here and actually get what is right for you, at your price point, with a smile and some genuine enthusiasm. Never normally do this, but in this case: 100%!

Just had a custom titanium Pearson "I'll Get Me Coat" built for me. It's sublime.
The whole process was thoroughly enjoyable, from having a coffee with Gustavo (the Pro Shop manager and a wonderful character) to talk through the type of cycling I do through choosing components to a bike fit and collection once it was built for me.
It's more than just buying a bike!
I have just collected my first carbon bike, a stunning Pearson Imnotamumber. I dealt with Guy Pearson, who was very helpful throughout the buying process, from initial query through test ride to final fitting/tweaking. Nothing left but to get out and ride! For anyone looking for a service a cut above the normal, This is the place to go - nice coffee too!
Having just completed the Prudential this weekend can't recommend Pearson's Precision Fit highly enough, never been more comfortable on a bike...or so fast...thanks Andrew
Great service by a fantastic team at Pearson Cycles, Sutton. Recently had a Cyclefit re-fit by Gustavo and ended up getting my old carbon fibre frameset replaced with a shiny new titanium frame and carbon forks. All the components transferred from old to new and a great deal offered by Will Pearson. Thanks to everyone, including the guys in the workshop. Brilliant.

Couldn't have had a better welcome to the UK. Stopped by the Sheen shop today, met Guy, and was super impressed by everyone in the shop. Being fresh from New York City embarrassed myself by not knowing anything about the historical relevance of the brand, but no matter, felt right at home. No small feat for a bike shop. Can't wait to go back and have a coffee. Love you guys.
Can't recommend these guys enough. I've been going to the Sheen store for repairs and small purchases for a while now, and have always been impressed with the service, speed and great attitude of everyone in there. Just purchased my first road bike, a Trek Silque, from them, and am really delighted with it. Will and Roger thank you both so much for all your help and advice, 100% spot on! Once you have been to Pearsons you will never step into a big chain again!
Big thanks to Wilf and Michael in the workshop at Sutton for keeping my Pearson bikes on the road over the past few years. Had nothing less but excellent and friendly service. Wilfs wheel building is second to none - if you need a new wheelset then these are the guys to go to.
Andrew at the Sheen store could not have been more helpful! Sent me a lite lok through special delivery so that it arrives in time for Christmas...my sister's boyfriend is going to be made up! Thank you thank you thank you Andrew!
After being thoroughly messed around by Cycle Surgery and Evans, I was incredibly satisfied by my first experience with Pearson Cycles. The other places just brimmed with attitudes targeted at getting money out of you for new parts etc. At no point did I feel like i was being taken advantage of throughout my repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend Pearson to anyone!
A huge thank you to Will, Guy, Ronan, Roger, George, Adam, Andrew and the Sheen store crew for creating my recent purchase and putting up with my regular visits. The bike, a variation on the 'Just Killing Time' is beautiful and a fantastic ride.
The team are alway polite, always helpful and, between them, very knowledgable. They have taken time to help me and separately my other half with advice on our cycling. I will be coming back to buy bikes for my children too as I know I can trust the service.
