Transition Bikes UK scout demo bike check

Went into the shop after a recommendation was interesting in getting a new bike and potentially fixing my old one. Used to being forced into trying to buy the bike right there on the spot! But Scott wasn’t like that he was extremely friendly and very helpful, full of knowledge and can hands down say he gave me the best customer service I have ever experienced from any shop. I didn’t end up getting a new bike but with Scott’s help I’ve found the one I want now going to save up and buy it instead of financing it (like other shops convince you to do. And Scott repaired my old bike like it’s good as new. And a lot cheaper than I expected! Would 100% say he is the best shop in Norwich and I will be taking my bikes in there from now on! Thanks a lot

Took my mid-school BMX to Scott for a thorough check up after I built it up and what a great job was done and now it's as good as the day it came out of the GT factory.

Took my bike to Pedal Addiction with gear problems that I've had for a while, meet the Owner with a warm welcome from start to finish. Scott was friendly and easy to talk too. I was encouraged to stay and wait while he works on my bike. He explained the whole prosses to me step by step and asked me to go behind the counter to show me what he meant, which was a awesome customer service. The shop was clean and very well setup. Scott has a clear passion for all things mtb and has the knowledge to back it up. Well stocked shelves, any questions I had was answered truthly and was not pushed to try make a sale. Very relaxed atmosphere which I liked. I converted to a single front ring and now my bike is running smooth and gear change is spot on. Thank you Scott for a great service and chat. Will 100% be returning with my bike in future.

Scott took the time to find the right tyres for me - going through several options and explaining how they would probably feel. The tech support in fitting a new gear system was phenomenal. Bike back and fitted with all the new parts within a couple of days. Now the bike feels great and I am more confident in its ability. Changes will def make me a better rider. I couldn’t recommend this shop enough. Customer service 110%.

Scott is a true and utter legend! His ethos and the shops ethos only ever has the customer at heart, he was was able to recommend me a product, let me test drive a demo he had for that bike and another I was interested in, compare the two and then he explain the differences between them, why they were different and what each difference made, he was able to justify his opinion which made the whole process from start to finish simple and easy! Thank you!

Popped in to the shop today for my first visit to have my bike repaired and Scott was a great help!

He's knowledgeable, helpful and very polite all in all a great service I'll be coming back

It may not be the biggest shop on the high street, or even be on a high street but what this guy knows puts most high street shops to shame. What he does stock is top draw, from the top brands. Would recommend this shop in a heartbeat to anyone wanting to buy or maintain a mountain bike.

I was really pleased when I saw this bike shop spring up recently. Very handy location, good prices and a knowledgeable, helpful and friendly owner in Scott, and best of all he is trustworthy. Thanks so much for sorting out my bike so speedily and being so helpful. I wish you all success and will certainly come here whenever I need anything else for my bike. I was in the area this weekend and popped in. Nice compact shop with a good selection of all the right stuff. Friendly bloke behind the counter who served me. I'll definitely go again when I'm down there.

I phoned Scott to book my bike in to sort a brake issue but the advice he gave me fixed the problem. Some shops would have booked me in and charged for an easy fix at my cost. Great and honest service....................You don't get this kind of customer service from the on-line suppliers.

I only bought a new inner tube but was amazed with the shop. I'm new to mountain biking and this will now be the only bike shop in Norwich I will visit.

I cant say enough good things about PA - now my one source for everything.

Had a few issues with my cube race 2012, I was mainly concerned with the gears as they were very temperamental to wether they wanted to work correctly or not, gave Scott a call and he seemed confident he would have the issues sorted in a couple of days due to getting through other customers bikes.

Dropped the bike off with him and received a call the next day saying it's ready to be collected.

Been a week now and the bike/gears haven't missed a beat.

Can't recommend this place enough. Was so pleased to see a very well stocked shop on my door step. Scott is very good. Sorted me out with everything I needed. Had my bike done in no time. I will certainly be getting anything else I need from here and not online from now on.

Can't rate Scott/Pedal Addiction enough, this bloke knows his stuff. After waiting a few weeks for the new SRAM NX 1x11 to be released, a new bar, grips and pedals to completely change the feel and look of my bike. Lots of messaging with advice on parts and what's best to buy. Spent a small fortune and could of spent more. I'll recommend him to everyone!!

Can really trust Scott to give the perfect recommendation for purchases as he knows all the local riding spots and conditions - set me up with a great tyre I'd never considered before and turned out perfect for my needs. You cannot get any better bike related advice than from someone who still rides what he sells. Always get a great service on big or small jobs – and bike feels fantastic to ride after Scott serviced it.
