The guys working here were so helpful and friendly. My husband had busted threads on his crank and they stopped what they were doing to re-thread it so he could get his pedal on; Allstars! Additionally they had a beautiful fleet of Santa Cruz bikes just below a ton of rippin’ trails. Can’t wait to come back.

The guys in the shop were complete gentlemen yesterday when our group of four mostly unprepared women embarked upon a mountain biking adventure! They offered advice, spent a long time explaining suitable routes and were very patient making quick fixes to the bikes...they really knew their stuff and helped to making the day fantastic. Thank you.

Quickly and friendly service highly recommend them! Fixed my rear brake in time and no fuss. Thanks!

Popped in this morning with one of those annoying creeks the boys sorted it there and then and I got some nice new grips whilst I was at it great service thanks guys.

Pedal and spokes customer service is exceptional, the boys down there really know there stuff I will definitely be a return customer I cannot fault these boys at all

Nearly didn’t make the ride today after snapping the screw in my steering column! Thanks to the guys at peddle and spoke I was up and riding in 5 minutes! Friendly and helpful!

Fantastic service from these boys, popped in with a break Issue first thing on a Sunday instantly fixed and back out on the bike , well happy!

Dropped in on Friday after a week in the alps to leave my bike for a check-up after being rattled down 45,000ft of descent in 5 days. Jack got it straight in the stand for a going over while I waited to save a return trip and we had a good chat about suspension options while he did it. Now I can get back out this weekend too!

Contacted the guys at pedal & spoke to see about part exchanging the V10 in for a Hightower LT. The guys gave us a really good price and made the whole process really easy by sending us a box to ship the V10 to them. Not long after, the Hightower arrived and I honestly can’t find fault in the service we received. The custom decals and invisiframe are seemless, The bike perfectly built & the extras make the bike a 10/10. The whole transaction was done through Instagram. Top notch, cheers guys!

Can’t praise these guys enough. Superb service when buying my bike, talking through various options and upgrades with me. I was fitting new parts to my bike yesterday and had a question - Jack FaceTimed me to talk me through it. I mean, what shop does that?!

Bought my Hightower LT of these guys about 2 months ago and could not be happier!! The bike absolutely shreds but what makes these guys different to the rest is the level of detail and customer service they provide! I was talking to Howard on and off for the best part of 6 months and changed my mind countless times, he never once put pressure on me to buy until I was ready, and once I was he was happy to discuss different specs and prices with me until I was completely satisfied! The forks I wanted were out of stock but he bent over backwards to get a pair for me, and managed to get a limited edition pair of 36’s for me pretty much straight away(at no extra cost) delivered the bike as soon as was possible and couldn’t be happier! I’ve been down to a shop ride since and they are top guys with the sickest trails on their doorstep! Special shoutout to jack the Invisiframe master, his work is flawless!!
