Saturday and Steve J will be heading out on Stumpy. 'I've been neglecting Stumpy. I ride to work most days on my road bike so thats been scratching my cycling itch. I spent some time over the summer tweaking the suspension set up to suit me so now its definitely time to play whatever the weather'.

Head honcho Craig Peter is taking part in his very first Triathlon tomorrow. 'I've only done 2 weeks training for this and have only tried open water swimming twice' says Craig, 'pretty much the only thing I'm confident about is drinking the post event beers'. Kudos to everyone taking part!

An all new Shiv is coming! This is the limited edition S-Works with a limited paint job and even comes with its own custom travel case. How limited edition is it? Only 500 individually numbered bikes are available for pre order worldwide and they wont hang around for very long. ETA for pre ordered bikes is early Spring '19. A non S-Works version of the complete bike, as well as frameset modules, a little later next year. And no, its not even close to UCI legal!

New Stuff! After introducing their first road bike tyres last year Pirelli have now upped their game with their first tubeless ready road tyres and they've just arrived in store. Word on the street is that they've been designed to give the same superb ride quality of a tubeless tyre even when running with tubes.

Went in today for advice on my new mountain bike, the guy that helped me was brilliant, he did not try to sell me the most expensive bike in the shop, he listened to what I needed & was going to use it for & helped me select the right bike for me, that was cheaper than I was expecting, great customer service & very, very helpful, I did not get his name, but he was great

Went in for advice about changing an inner tube as kept getting a flat. Brilliant service. Couldn’t have been more helpful. They weren’t at all judgemental about my lack of knowledge about basic bike maintenance either. Will definitely go back.

We called in at the weekend. Very helpful staff happily adjusted the seat and handle bars on my daughters Disney Frozen bike and then replace the pedals on my eldest daughters bike. Great service, no job too small. Thank you!

We bought a bike for our daughter yesterday, Des the Manager was fantastic, very knowledgeable, very focused on providing the best bike for her current and long term needs and really pleasant to deal with. We got a great bike with excellent customer service and walked out extremely satisfied.



I’m sure our experience wouldn’t have been anywhere near that level if we had purchased online, huge thanks Des!

I've been here a few times and the service is always knowledgeable, fast but above all friendly. Many bike shops seem to be run by borderline sociopaths intent on proving all road bikers' stereotypes of exclusivity. This place is infused with a real love of the sport and a desire to share that. The staff really know their stuff and will happily just chat bikes without just trying to flog stuff. Spend your cash here rather than online!

I have had my bike serviced at Pedalheaven for years and the service seems to get better and better. My recent service in preparation for London to Paris in 24 Hours left my bike feeling like a brand new bike and running so smoothly.

I would have no hesitation in recommending.

I just wanted to send a quick message just to say thanks for all the hep you gave me in my preparation for my bike ride across South America :). I must have been one of the most disorganised, clueless clients on the planet. And yet there was never once where I didn't feel like anyone in the shop wasn't going out of their way to be as useful as possible. Your knowledge and gear gave me the best platform I could have hoped for my slightly optimistic challenge. 2 months in I really do think I would have been, for better word screwed, had it not been for your help. It really is a no brainer as to where I will go from now on for anything to do with bikes. So Thanks again.

Myself and my son have spend plenty time and plenty money in there. But worth every penny. Staff are amazing.

Had an excellent experience with Pedal Heaven.

I ordered some bib tights that were too small, so they very kindly sent me some new (larger) ones within a few days.

Callum was really nice and so helpful. Oh, and he also sent me some gel drinks free of charge!

had a nice coffee FOC while waiting. Then got good deal on a new jersey get in!

Brilliant customer service received from Callum! When my Tacx Flux turbo trainer broke Callum was quick and efficient, understanding the need to fix the situation quickly. Upon sending the turbo back to the manufacturer, I was kept up to date with each stage of the return process and now my replacement is working perfectly. Thanks Pedal Heaven.

Bought my second road bike this weekend having been riding my much upgraded entry level Trek 1.2 bought in 2009. Given the investment I wanted to make sure I'd evaluated options and ensured I was making the correct choice, especially with sizing. Des was excellent start to finish, from getting me a sizing on the fitting bike, through to offering a demonstration ride and discussing the options within my budget. After returning from the demonstration ride with a wide grin the bike build, with a few options I wanted, was made up promptly in the workshop. The service on all accounts (sales/workshop & other team members) was excellent and I look forward to many miles on my new bike!

Booked my new Specialized turbo levo comp in to Pedal Heaven for its first service and software update, on recommendation from a friend. I have to say that I'm very pleased that I did! The staff I dealt with (Charlie and Steve) were incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and just genuinely interested in the bike and getting the best out if it.

It was also great to have a conversation about the bike and upgrades I could make to it without feeling patronised (as women in these types of shops sometimes tend to be!)

Needless to say, I will be back when I next need to and might even join the levo rides when I'm a bit fitter!

Booked my bike in for a new groupset fitting this morning and within six hours it was ready for collection despite how busy their mechanics were today. Superb service, friendly staff and very reasonable costs for servicing.



Would rate them 10 stars if I could! Superb service and one very happy customer off to ride her new Ultegra R8000 fitted road bike!

Always excellent. Same day repair, friendly service. Other companies could learn a lot from these guys.

I had reason I believe to leave a less than flattering review earlier today but I have received a call from the Manager this morning and the matter has now been resolved to my upmost satisfaction.

We all make mistakes in life, but it’s how they are rectified which is important, and I believe now that this was a genuine mistake, which has been apologised for, and all is now sorted.

I have removed my previous post as I feel sure my experience was not the level of customer service Pedal Heaven give, and was a one off mistake.

Thank you Pedal Heaven and especially Des the Manager.
