Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. My bike seems very well set up after a groupset change. Feels nicer than before! One of their mechanics earlier took his time to do a limit screw tweak and test my bike for free when he didn't have to. Sold me some nice tyres and lights without breaking the bank. Good stuff, I hope to use them for a long time.

Just went in with a Halfords bike with a new pedal already bought after I had failed to remove the old one. I felt really bad but had run out of ideas. They swapped the pedals without a wait, checked and greased the other one (I hadn't done properly) then refused any money for the work. What a marvelous experience. Thank you so much. Wonderful people.

The man in the shop really helped me out with fixing my bike on my way home when I had a blowout and needed a new tyre.

My son rides and races BMX on National tracks and these guys keep his bike it great form, at reasonable prices. They are committed and clearly love their trade and go beyond to please their customers. Thanks guys.

They seem to really know their stuff when it comes to bikes. They did a great job on my bike which hadn't been serviced in a while. It's running better than I've had it running in a good while. They also resolved a tiny issue of fitting brake pads I hadn't asked for very quickly. I found the experience of being served by children a little unusual, but the main thing I'm interested in is my bike being serviced well and they certainly did that.

Edit - I'd initially given 4 stars for the random customer experience. But after riding my bike a bit more, they've done such a good job I can only give 5 stars. I'll be going back here.

If Carlsberg did bike shops, they would probably look like this. Amazing golden hearted staff and top service

Great customer service. Helped a lot with choosing appropriate items for my bicycle and then installing them to my bike. Also recommend what I could get in future to make it last longer. The shop don't have much items but if you need something they will have it for you the next day.

Took my bike in as the chain slipped off the smallest ring on my front derailleur and got jammed tight. I wheeled it down to Pedal It and the chap was incredibly helpful - had the chain freed in minutes. He also provided me with some very helpful advice to try and avoid it happening again.
They are clearly very knowledgable bike enthusiasts who know exactly what they're doing - I will be back!

I have been a customer of this bike shop for the past 2 years, fantastic service, these guys certainly go the extra mile. Small wonder they have such excellent reviews, well.... there is always the one clown who will make up a story in an attempt to try to tarnish someones reputation.
I have now moved out of area but I am more than happy to go out of my way and remain loyal to Pedal_it, well worth making that extra effort.
