Excellent service, both technically and personally. A welcome laid back style, and they know their stuff. They also send tyres for recycling, last time I checked.

Contrary to John Cook's review:
Glenn, Lucy and Tom gave me and my daughter the very best possible customer service, even staying until 19.30 to help us even though they should close at 17.00 on a Saturday.
Tom prepared my daughter's bike without a hint of dissatisfaction at working an extra 2.5 hours on a Saturday. His set up of the bike was superb and he paid real attention to detail, even replacing a slight less than true gear change cable.
