This place has everything you need to get out on your bike. Great trails, shop, workshop, bike hire, suspension workshop and facilities to wash your bike and grab something to eat! Remember to take change for the car park and the bike wash. The shops all take cards.

Great service from the bike shop and in the cafe... Plus excellent trails.

Brilliant day had with a group of lads from work lots of fun had and will definitely be back again. There's something for everyone in the family.

Good and helpful staff despite the queue. Followed the 17.5km family route. Fab for me and my 9 year old son. The forest is beautiful

Food horrible. And only semi skimmed milk for tea and coffee. Cheap and nasty.

rusted, squeaky equipment, shoddy job at making sure the bikes and extras are safe and in good working order.
staff is helpful but overall only one of them was able to do a decent job, rest of them seemed to rely on him too much.
tracks are well maintained, signage is exceptional, and a map is provided at the rental shed so navigation is a piece of cake from the start.
overall a very good experience on the track but only mediocre at the rental, will we return or recommend to friends? definitely, but unlikely to rent unless absolutely necessary.

Not very impressed with the bike hire. There was a young boy left to deal with hiring out the bikes himself, I wouldn't say he was rude, just very disinterested. The bike itself was pretty bad. The gears were skipping and sticking almost the entire time making it very difficult to get around a lot of the trickier parts of the trails. Also the lockout on the forks were non existent and clearly been that way for a while. Also, the helmet that came with the bike hire was absolutely disgusting. It smelt foul. When the bike was returned I made a point of letting the young lad know the bike wasn't in the best shape, he did apologise but also told me "There's not much I can do about it".

So overall, pretty poor and definitely would not recommend.
