Peepal Estate & Letting Agents Swindon

Sadly, the communication from this agency is poor, even though upon meeting them at a property they seemed friendly and organised. We have attempted to contact them on 14 occasions in the last 2 working days via email and telephone, also leaving messages, and have now had to visit the office physically in order to gain a response. Very disappointing, given it takes a moment to respond to an email. I would not recommend - very poor customer service.
