It's friendly, clean and have high standard of facilities.

Excellent site, very quiet and ideally situated for many tourist spots. Very friendly and welcoming owners, nothing too much trouble...shower units and kitchen areas second to none with many extras, excellent value for money, will definitely be returning and recommending to friends.

Stayed at the weekend, beautiful site. Very peaceful and owner was incredibly helpful. Toilets and showers very clean and homely. Would recommend!

Site excellent but watch the pricing! Rang in advance, booked a 'pitch' for a tent. Pitch clearly marked out so thought that we'd paid £15 for the pitch but then told would be £20 per night as the tent was '4 person' (only two of us) and, despite still being WELL WITHIN the pitch, £40 instead of £30 was surrendered.

Shame about the money grabbing as the site and its facilities were superb.

Where else has the toilets filled with everything you could need such as sanitary products, information booklets. Lovely size shower and very clean
Kitchen has fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, mini oven, washing machine £2 a load.
Logs and burners fab value at £5 a rubble trug full.
Friendly family with plenty of room for children to have fun. Adult only field also.
Out in the peace and quiet of the country side but only a mile from Newent town with butchers, chemist and coop supermarket.
Friendly owner helped on finding a family friendly pub for the evening.
They also were able to accommodate mixed units in the same field as our group had a tent, caravan and folding camper.

I really can't fault this site .beautifully maintained pitches . Owners are super friendly and very helpful.
Toilets are spotless and of a lovely size . Shower powerful with plenty of hot water and room to get changed without getting clothes etc wet. Smellies galore available to use if you need too.
Kitchen holds everything you could possibly need and more from microwave to mini oven And freezer .
Washing machine £2 a load.
Family bathroom has toys for young children so you have a chance of having a shower in peace.
Log and chimineas available to hire if you like sitting round the fire.Also beautiful fresh eggs available to purchase.

I've just returned from a bit of a mad cycle tour and last night just happened to come across Pelerine Caravan & Camping site. Despite me really calling at absolutely the last minute Gail was a star and found me a pitch for the night. The site has roughly 60'ish pitches and is beautifully kept. High hedges ensure privacy and protection against the elements. There are very clean and well appointed toilet and shower facilities with toiletries provided and a great little kitchen with microwave, washing machine and other mod cons.

I can't recommend this site enough. Gail and the rest of the Pelerinites were friendly, easy going and welcoming. The site was peaceful and beautifully up-kept and the surrounding countryside very pretty. If you book a holiday here you're not going to go far wrong. Throughly deserving of a 5* rating.
