Reviews
The menopause (and the years leading up to it) can be an isolating and difficult, sometimes unbearable, time for many many women. Women go in to this usually totally unprepared, there is very little publicity out there and it is misunderstood and underexaggerated. Women can literally feel out of control, it affects relationships, work and overall well being. There is help out there, get educated and seek advice and treatment. I would HIGHLY recommend Jane at Menopause Wellbeing #DontSufferInSilence
Pilates by physio run truly excellent classes for pregnant and postnatal mums on the Wirral. I would highly recommend #Pilatesbyphysio
I often recommend this marvellous app to my patients...
"Don't live in silence" 1 in 10 people suffer from incontinence, 1 in 3 women will suffer from a pelvic floor problem at some point in their lifetime. Bladder, bowel and pelvic floor problems can be treated, managed and often cured. #WCW2018 #SpeakUp #BladderHealth #BowelHealth #PelvicHealth #PhysioWorks #PleaseShare #RaiseAwareness
Tomorrow is the start of World Continence Awareness Week. 1 in 3 people suffer from bladder problems, it is more common to suffer with incontinence than hay fever! I'll be posting each day to help raise awareness, remove the stigmas and break the taboos. Swotting up on my pelvic anatomy for the "Happy Bladder" course this weekend. Can't wait to learn from the amazing Jilly Bond
Highly recommend watching this clip by the hilarious Elaine Miller, who raises awareness of pelvic health through comedy. Lets reduce the taboo and start talking about our bladder and bowel health.
Heart disease is the world's biggest killer, and women are twice as likely as men to die from a heart attack. Reduce your risk by addressing your lifestyle #diet #nutrition #exercise #reducestress
It's finally landed in my inbox, the presentations from the amazing "woman on fire" course I attended last weekend. Now to sit down and digest all the knowledge bombs, new treatment ideas and techniques! Amazing speakers talking around returning to exercise after childbirth and gynae surgery, brain health, bladder pain syndrome, endometriosis, PCOS, diastasis rectus abdominis, prolapse and more! #WOF18 #pelvichealthphysio #dontputupwithit #physioworks
Let's get talking about and sorting out postnatal problems. #pelvichealthphysio #dontputupwithit

Becky saw me during my pregnancy when I was experiencing severe pelvic pain, her advice and treatment was excellent, highly recommended
Becky corran treated me whilst I was really struggling with pelvic pain in my second pregnancy. I was really struggling with the pain and went from being very active to finding it very difficult to get around, which wasn't easy with a toddler! She assessed me quickly and was able to treat the problem and made such a difference to my quality of life in the last couple of months in the pregnancy. The difference was amazing and made everything so much easier and reduced the pain dramatically!!! I would not hesitate to recommend her. Thank you Becky!!
