Absolutely a joke of a surgery. I joined these slack jockyokals thinking they were good doctors. My registered doctor shrivastava took me off meds I had been put on by previous gps and hospitals. I had lost four family members following year but these people still treated me with disrespect.
I am on opiates due to Mrs condition so that automatically get stigma attached to you.
Eight years in Norfolk and no bad treatment. A few weeks here and they changed my scripts to two weekly like I have time with a young baby. As well as health conditions.
Dr would argue if I requested treatment like A referral to pain clinic. And finally doctors would not read the med notes and drugs that previously had an adverse affect on you and you were taken off , they would put you back on.
And if a doctor upped your opiates without you asking , they would write negative statements in your file that would look bad for you should anyone read them. Personally I am seeing a solicitor to deal with them as they dealt with me.
Doctors look professional, as for a call back and you get negative statements made on the call back or statements of "I have to go".
They don't listen!
Stuck up and very unhelpful staff. Left for this reason.
Absolutely terrible! This surgery is a joke, they seriously don't care and I hate them! To say I'm angry with them is an understatement! The receptionists are useless and the doctors are rude and don't have any time for you, they just have a quick chat with you then come to the easiest conclusion then rush you out. You can't get an appointment unless you can wait a month! I've just had to have tests done... they lost them not only once but twice! Really?! What a joke!!!
Always had a good experience at this surgery. All of the doctors I have seen know their stuff and are willing to go that extra mile for you.

Terrible place been messed about constantly with medication passed from one Doctor to the next. Silly rules that seem ridiculous beyond releif at times was told this place was good Absolutely Not if this is health care its a joke.
My daughter saw a Practice Nurse yesterday morning but was asked to come back the next day to collect her prescription. She was told that there wasn't a doctor available to sign it. I think this is absolutely ridiculous. Generally this Practice is good but I can't believe that you have to go back to collect a prescription.
