For anyone who suffers from hay fever at this time of year - honey from local bees helps to combat it. We have received this years batch of Lytham Honey.🍯 Charlie has hives in a number of locations around the town and we are pleased that our farm is one of them. You can't get much more local than that!!!🐝

With the BBC just down the road filming the Antiques Roadshow we thought we would share a bit of history from the shop.🐮
We have a photo of "Great Great Great Uncle Tom" in the early 1950's who was part of the original Butchers shop in Lytham. He is demonstrating an American milking churn similar to the one we have on display today.🐮
You have to love a good bit of history👍

The great eight! 😊 Harriet has finally had her calf and we have our first BOY!! Harriet calved Wednesday morning and has been looking after her calf really well. We thought it would be only fitting be to call him “Junior” after his Dad “Cardu”🐮 The highlands will be back in the front of the shop at the weekend ready for everyone to see 🙌🙌🙌

Just like the big supermarkets we always try to minimise the use of plastic.
We sell loose produce all year round and of course our milk comes in glass bottles.... Many of our customers bring containers to buy their meat in and reusable bags to take their shopping home.
