We sell a large range of Pen Kits for the wood turning hobbyist and local wood craft businesses. We don't ship outside UK unless payment is made by BACS.

Customers usually receive their goods within 7 - 12 working days.
However, please allow upto 20 working days for delivery.
We will not investigate until this amount of time has passed as advised by our shipping provider.

As we don't physically hold stock we are able to offer prices much lower than that of our competitors. Having very low overheads we can often offer freebies to our customers, like free bushings, free mandrels or other tools as we have done in the past.
Sometimes when items are late in arriving we ask our customers to please be patient and allow us up to 20 days to deliver. If this waiting period is not suitable for you then please feel free to shop elsewhere (but please also expect to pay more for your items, increased shipping costs, possibly import taxes and probably zero freebies)
