visited Penang last night and we were amazed by the delicious food served. Our party of 4 all ordered different meals & none of us were disappointed. Staff were very friendly & helpful, service was good, & the birthday plate of cake & ice cream much appreciated. We will definitely be returning in the near future x

We had the most amazing dinner last night, everything was delicious, especially the sea bass and prawns in ginger dishes.

Everyone was so lovely, instead of closing up as they were they about to, they switched the lights back on and made us so welcome!

This was my second visit. Loved it so much the first time, I came back again with some more friends. Food is outstanding. I would highly recommend the Rote Canai as a starter. Delicious, as was my main and dessert. Staff very attentive and helpful. Everything 50% off in January. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

Thanks for the lovely food, good service and fabulous ambience. My friends and I enjoyed the food, definitely will return again to try other food on the menu. Excited to know that food are prepared by a fellow Malaysian, hence the result of authentic taste.

Beers were a little on the costly side, but this is in the city.

Excellent Malay/Thai food. Really enjoyed our meal. Good cold beer too. Prices very reasonable. Lovely courteous staff. We hope to visit again. Thank you.

Came here with my partner on a rare trip to Manchester, unfortunately there was a power cut and we couldn't get the food we ordered! However the food we did recieve was magnificent and they also provided free wine as an apology for the wait was a lovely gesture. Will come back if in Manchester again!

Being Malaysian I can’t say enough positives about this place. I ate and ate and ate and even took take away !! Pure authentic Malaysian quality. 10/10

Absolutely spot on! The food was amazing! The waitress was so lovely, really knowledgable about the menu, willing to switch it up for you if there was something you didn’t like or couldn’t eat.

I’m pregnant and she went out of her way to accommodate my needs. She’s super friendly and chatty.

Would highly recommend! And will be going back! �

Went for my birthday earlier this year and was very disappointed. It's called Penang Malaysian Restaurant yet served no Penang food. Food catered mostly to Mat Salleh taste buds so nothing authentic about it. And the prices were shocking.
