Today marks the start of Mental Health Awareness week. One report says that only 13% of us enjoy consistently good mental health. If you are one of the lucky ones, chances are a loved one, a friend or a colleague is finding things tough. Mind, the mental health charity, has a number of tips on how you can best support the people you care about, sometimes it can be as simple as asking ‘are you ok?’.
