Penny is a lovely young lady, so patient and as Nicola Scott has said, she put my dogs needs first.....she sat for about an hour waiting for my Patch to get used to her before she started clipping her nails. I will be using Penny again for the full works during the summer when it is a bit warmer as I have told Penny...Thank you for your patience and care :) xx
