We are super excited to see the Manor back on Channel 4's #ExtremeCakeMakers tomorrow night at 5:30pm, with another fabulous cake by our recommended supplier Peboryon! We've teamed up with the World famous Jamaica Inn on Bodmin Moor to host a weekend of paranormal investigation, from the 26th to 28th October, just in time for Halloween!
Stay at the Inn for the weekend with the first night of ghost hunting there, and then join us at the Manor for the the second night. Working in tandem wth wife Tamsyn (who can also do your makeup - Tamsyn Siddiqui Make-up Artist & Beauty Stylist) Khalile will not only capture some truly stunning images of your day, he'll also put even the most nervous couple completely at their ease.

Last Friday night at the Manor was pizza night! Our pop-up supper for July, the Pizza & Prosecco evening with guest cooks Kernowforno and entertainment from Callum Flew went with a bang!
70 of you came and ate, drank and even danced the evening away, it was a great night! Thank you to everyone who came. We're taking a break for August but we'll be back in September with an amazing Indian feast night! In the meantime here's some photos and a video (in the comments) from last weeks event.

What a beautiful venue! Couldn't have picked a better place!! Amazing!!

Well where do we start - from the very first time we met Richard we were blown away by his professionalism and fantastic personality. His dedication and love of his job shines through. We had our amazing wedding at Pengenna on Saturday 27th May 2017 and felt like royalty. Richard and Emily took all our worries away and made the day go without a hitch. Emily cooked a fantastic breakfast and we were all cared for amazingly. All our guests were blown away with the views and the Manor house itself - we felt very sad leaving the Manor yesterday for our honeymoon - but we've gained an amazing friend in Richard - what more could we ask for xx if you are lucky enough to hold your big day here you will never look back xx

We were lucky enough to get married here in July 2017! Richard is very professional and the best at making sure you feel calm, care free and that everything is being organised behind the scenes. From the rolling hills to the stream with the wooden bridge, to the beautiful Manor House - it's like something out of a story book! Our first viewing was in the rain and even then I knew I wanted to get married here.



I always wanted to get married outside and the beautiful summer house allowed us to do this. Don't forget to ask Richard for a list of his props and hire items, as he also has these too! We hired the giant LOVE letters, they looked amazing in our photos.

Thank you Richard for your contribution and help towards our special day, it could not have gone any better.



Cannot recommend this place enough! Best day ever.

We had the honour of hiring Pengenna in December 2017 for our two day reception. Where can I start....from the initial enquiry through to our wonderful wedding weekend Richard was phenomenal! The accommodation in the manor itself is amazing; a real home from home. Richard worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that our reception went without a hitch (he dealt with a couple of oversights on my part without me knowing!) I cannot recommend this venue enough and look forward to returning to the events and staying in the manor again.

We had our wedding here on the 10th September and it was such a wonderful day. Richard was just an absolute diamond throughout the whole process and felt more like a friend by the time it came to the day of the wedding. Pengenna really is stunning, our guests are still talking about how beautiful and versatile it was. The rooms were all beautiful and Emma's breakfasts were just divine.

Richard really is so thoughtful, and his attention to detail and creativity can be seen everywhere. We really couldn't have hoped for a more considerate and accommodating person to help make our dream wedding a reality. Thank you Richard & Emma so much, we really hope to see you both again soon!

From the beginning of the planning in January to the clear up day on Monday of our festival wedding weekend, Richard was fantastic we couldn't have asked for more support and attention to detail.I highly recommend anyone to get married here. We felt very emotional when we eventually had to say goodbye to Pengenna on the Monday (after two broken down vans!).

This really is the most stunning wedding venue. It offers flexibility, fabulous scenery and second to none hospitality!

After 2 weeks of reflection it’s still nearly impossible to find words to describe the idyllic setting of Pengenna Manor for a wedding and it’s superb proprietor Richard, but I will try.



It started nearly 2 years ago when we met Richard who gave us a tour of the Manor, it’s grounds and the camping meadow. From that moment onwards through initial booking to advice on local businesses, to his care for individuals from elderly guests to accessible toilets, Richard’s attention to detail left nothing to chance.



If you haven’t visited Pengenna Manor you must ring Richard and ask for a tour. It is in the heart of the beautiful Cornish countryside, near Trelill, Wadebridge. The hills provide a wonderful back drop for wedding photos and the sunsets add an even more romantic twist. What is equally important is that it is in close proximity to A39 for accessibility for guests and deliveries, but not a sound is heard from the road.



Our daughter’s wedding reception was like a modern-day fairy tale from beginning to end. Everything was perfect and if there was a question or need for clarification, Richard was on hand to solve any concerns in the most unobtrusive way possible but equally willing to join in the party if handed a sparkler to wave.

We stayed in the Manor and over 70 guests camped/caravanned in the meadow. The comments we have received since being back are a clear indication what a perfect place Pengenna Manor is to book for a wedding and Richard makes it a very enjoyable process too!
