This year's Flash in the Park 10k was a great event and even the rain held off.

On the day entries for Flash In The Park.
We still have around 20 places left for the 10k, you can sign up between 08:00 and 08:45 tomorrow morning. £18 cash only.
We also have plenty of places left for the Fun Run, you can sign up for these at the same time. £3 cash only.

****Car Parking Update***** We will not have use of the Overflow car park at the Flash this year due to flooding. Please share transport wherever possible and be prepared to park at LSV Sports Village(800 Metre walk) if you intend to arrive later as the main car park may be full.

Final full recce of the course tonight and it is definitely old shoes with some decent grip if possible. Road shoes will be acceptable, but care should be taken on wetter parts of the course.

Just 3 days to go to Flash in the Park 2019, here is the information you have been waiting for! Please try to arrive early to the park and collect your number. The race will start on time as agreed with the park authorities, so allow plenty of time for your journey near or far. We hope you enjoy our race and surroundings as much as all the regular 'Flashers'.

Not long now Flashers! Keep an eye on your inbox and social media in the next few days for Final race details for Flash in the Park 10k. We have requested a little less of the wet stuff for Sunday ūü§ěūüƧ.

Online Entries are now closed for Flash in the Park. If you missed out, we have a small number of places that will be available for cash at the following times:
Saturday 15th June post parkrun 10.15am-11.00am at the cabin near the Rangers Hut. £18

NB These places are limited and are CASH ONLY. We recommend obtaining a place on the Saturday to avoid disappointment.

Getting close to race day now, the race bibs, timing chips and prize trophies have arrived at PEL HQ today :-)
