PeopleFirst is managed by qualified social workers and provides a support service for people in their own homes and local community. We specialise in supporting those with a hoarding disorder who may have a chaotic and cluttered environment that is impacting on their well-being. We offer initial assessments and planned proposals to achieve agreed goals to benefit our customers. We also offer the same service for people who may be neglecting their environment due to a health condition. Alongside this we also provide support workers for those who need companionship; home-help, including cleaning and laundry; access to local communities; shopping; meal preparation; a sitting service; and will consider other types of support on a case by case basis, excluding personal care. Our aim is to enable people to live the life they want and support them on their journey without judgement. We truly believe that the person is the expert in their own life and circumstance and we put an emphasis on helping people to remain completely in control of their support.
