My chick n rice box was superb, the chicken was nice and soft and was packed with flavour. The peri peri chips were really good too.

I go in all the time to get half chicken it's always fresh & tasty + no fat coming out of the chicken as its steam cooked then grilled. So it's tasty & healthy what else could you possibly ask for. friendly staff too �

Highly recommend the chicken tasca, its filling and has a nice chilly kick to it. Very delicious

Chicken and rice was very good. It filled me up and was really juicy. Well cooked with the perfect amount of flavour. Definitely recommend.

At first wernt exactly fonded of this place as dels were always late but recently these guys have worked their game up. Chicken is great and del wait is good too.

I was given the wrong burger, a girl ran down the street after me to tell me but I said don't worry and asked if it was chicken as I would just have that instead as I was in a rush to go to work. Turned out to be a veggie burger...

Worst take away th world our order 3 combos 2 chicken stake burgers meal n ice cream. What we go 1 and half combo meals 2 kids meal. Driver advise come back 1hour later no joy n took full money out of pocket around £13. That's sterling. Need to report to watch dog.

Went last night after a good day out and the food was okay, but the customer service wasn’t up to standards waiting over 25 minutes for two meals and the person behind us got there food before us. Staff was very rude.

Was enjoying the meal until i came across a hair amongst the fries.... and... my review comment was deleted from Just Eat... last time i eat there and will be passing this onto my work colleagues whom btw probably account for more than 90% lunchtime takings through the week.....word of mouth goes a long way �

Very bad service. First of all they didn't get the fries I paid for and when I called they said that next time they will bring me fries. Next time was today and I asked for my fries over the phone they said ok but when the delivery came through they did not put any fries in so stingy and I want my money back for the fries that I paid for and never got. Further, they could have said over the phone that they can't do that and I would have paid those stingy people the price of the fries that's so expensive they could not include it in my meal which I paid for anyways. #stingytakeaway further, found hair in my food today #EW never ordering from there again hate stingy people

This is the most atrocious takeway I have had sure it looks impressive inside however the customer service and food are as bad as each other.

We bought the Chick n rice meal and the rice was soggy and also the chicken was extremely bland and the chicken was full of oil.

We also bought a whole chicken and this wasn't even flavoured and also I'm not even sure if they even fully cooked.

We also bought some wings however they were quite bland however they were average which meant they were the highlight.

We complained because we bought 20 wings and only received 8 and she accused me of lying and she looked at the CCTV and said 'your lying you git' and we actually have reported them to trading standards and they are looking into the customer care and the raw chicken.

The food also took 2 hours to be delivered.



Don't go to this dump unless you want food poisoning .

Terrible takeaway . I waited for my delivery about two hours and when I got it it was cold + they got the wrong order as I wanted a mild chicken and got a hot which I had to chuck in the bin also found a piece of black hair in my food �� Very disappointing!

Terrible service, got our order wrong in the shop despite me asking if everything was in the bag and being told ‘no mistakes on my watch’ - something was missing! Got home and realised chips were missing, rang straight up and was told they would deliver them. Rang after an hour to be told the driver had set off! 1 hour and 20 mins later still waiting, we’ll and truly ripped off and hungry!! Avoid the place.

I use to rate this place one of the best in Preston. When the order was wrong I rang and they happily said to me no problem. Next time you come we'll sort it out for you.



I normally order a Chicken XL burger, some tender strips and a wrap (obviously not all for me😜)



But today when I ordered a chicken wrap with no mayo it came with mayo so I rang and told them. In simple words she accused me of lying saying I made it myself and there is no mayo on it. Then to top it off the "manager" said to me I've checked on the CCTV and she didn't put mayo on. Yeah right! I said I can't bring it back now as it was late. But he just wasn't interested. If I was allergic to mayonnaise and if something was to happen what would they do then? When I asked this question she was like "oh I'm sorry if you're allergic to it"



And the wrap had more salad than chicken. I had to take so much salad out. A 1/4 of it was just the wrap and no filling. Very disappointed.



Not to mention the chicken "strips" I ordered. I didn't even tell them about that. Two were fine. The other three were like popcorn chicken.





The lady that took my order was very kind but the other people were not. No customer care here. My last time eating from this place.

Food came 2 hours after ordered, chicken dry and all food cold, think the best thing about all of it was my can of Pepsi and side salad.. sorry pepes it's a no to ever ordering again a highly annoyed pregnant lady still starving here
