The food is absolutely delicious in taste. So fresh, healthy n juicy flavours. I rate it 5 n above. Shop is so clean n customer service is very good. Always welcomed with a smile and always served on time. It's the best place I love to eat from.

Have been there in person and ordered over the phone... best customer service greeting with a smile presenting themselves nicely and when asked about food given spot on details suggesting food for children n even delivering on time... always cooked to perfection never missed an order or given the wrong order...

Over priced for what you get. I asked for a XL chicken burger and expecting a XL burger I got a normal size burger which they call XL Burger.



I then said i want a large meal so they charged me more on what I thought I had already requested. So a XL Burger (thats a normal size burger) with slightly more fries and slightly more soda drink cost me £5.99



So your not getting much for £5.99 really.

I wont be going to that place again. Better off going to hassans you get a much better deal for less and it tastes better.

Very RUDE staff!!! Especially the girl they have at the front till these days, She likes to humiliate people and barks at people like a dog. Management is shit. Everyone needs to avoid this shit hole .

The worst place we've ate at in a long time, the order took ages to complete, the mayonnaise was watered down, the chilli sauce was 1 squirt in a pot, the wings were poor like the chicken had been starved, everything about this place was dissapointing

Received really bad service from here. I was a regular customer. They got my order wrong and the most they come out with is will sort it next time. There won't be a next time. They wouldn't be happy if we said pay you next time. Ridiculous service. Don't bother ordering from here. I never leave negative feedback or any feedback. But I am disgusted today!

Poor customer service, poor food quality, poor management, poor business, no work ethic, no general skills, needs to shutdown, avoid this shithole!! Go for better value elsewhere!!!

One of the WORST places i have ever been to. will not send my worst enemy there. Food is nothing as described. Take your own sauces as they will be better quality and thick unlike the watered down version you get there. food takes FOREVER to arrive and when it does you take one look and think "is that what i ordered?" very very poor. got too much money and what to waste it? this is the place

I visited the pepes branch on soho road Birmingham today for the first time and it's a shame to say I won't be going again, the level of service received was dreadful, I'm a regular customer at the pepes in dale end Birmingham town and there level of service is excellent. So my trip to pepes soho road was discussing,I had to wait half hour for my food to be made as the staff where to busy talking and having a laugh instead of making my food, I then finally receive my order which on getting home was incorrect!!! I ordered 2 sets of Perry fries but only got 1 and the second ones where plain, then I found when I finally sat down to eat my meal at home my chicken and rice was the wrong spice it was to hot for my liking. I called the store to let them

Horrible customer service. We paid for box of chick rice and didn’t get it. When my colleagues went to pick up the missing order, they were actually verbally attacked and humiliated in front of other customers. One of my colleagues left a review on this page and she was interrogated and was asked if she had put the review up as they wouldn’t give her missing order that she had already PAID FOR!!! We will definitely take it further with their head office.
