Wow! Is this the same dog?! Absolutely brilliant service and lovely attention to befriending and calming my mad mutt long enough to cut his nails and bathe him!

Vicky kindly offered to fit in my little one at such short notice. His first full groom for a long time. Vicky was extremely friendly and I could see her full passion was there for her job. Woody is 1 and a cross Maltese/shih zhu. He is a fluffy but scruffy dog so needed to be trimmed right back. He was made to feel at home and was loved and pampered from the minute he arrived. Today was our first meet with Vicky and we look forward to seeing her again. Thank you �

Vicky is absolutely amazing, I have taken Ben, my dads Labrador puppy for a bath twice now and he loves it! Vicky is so kind and thoughtful and always makes Ben (and me!) feel so cared for! Would definitely recommend! Vicky certainly knows her stuff!

Tonight was Dave’s first groom with Vicky, after nearly 4 years I think he has found one whom he loves and trusts. Vicky took time to get to know Dave and made sure I was comfortable before I left her to work her magic. Vicky took her time with Dave’s groom and made sure there was stoppage time to play. When I collected him I have not seen him more relaxed after a groom or around men he is not familiar with.



Vicky is not only a truly fabulous groomer, dog whisperer but a lovely person who clearly loves her job and takes pride with it. She acknowledges each of her dogs are individual and will do her utmost in meeting their needs.

Peppa's paws & Susie's Claws were professional, efficient & caring. Would highly recommend your services. Our chocolate lab has been extremely nervous going to other groomers but Peppa's paws listened to my concerns & worked with Buttons to ensure a happy session. It was discussed beforehand what would be done so that I was fully aware & that I was happy to proceed. On collecting Buttons, I was amazed by the amount of fur that has come off her & now buttons smells & feels amazing! Lots of cuddles now!

Our Chorkie puppy Milo visited Vicky at Peppa's paws and Susies claws for the first time today. Vicky made us feel very welcome and was very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and Vicky has stayed in touch with us to let us know how he is. Milo had his first puppy groom. He is 4 months old and he loved it. He will be visiting Vicky again as soon as he needs too. 🐾

My poppy's first day at the new groomers and I'm so impressed. My dog was so happy and relaxed as soon as she arrived (that's unusual for her). Poppy has left looking and smelling amazing and very content :) thank-you very much, she has chosen her new groomer � :)xxxxx

Knowing Vicky as a personal friend I already trusted her with my two fur babies! This was confirmed during their groom with her, naturally good with dogs , calm and kind this all pays off if you had a unsure dog like my gus.

It was Buddy's first time at a groomers and I was quite apprehensive about how he would react, but as soon as we stepped through the door both Buddy and I were made to feel totally at ease. Vicky was brilliant with Buddy, and he was still bum wagging when we went to collect him...plus he looks and smells AMAZING! Highly recommend

I was so pleased to hear Vicky had started her grooming business, not only is she lovely but also was who I bought my dog from. Tank my Jackapoo is Peppa's puppy, we'll I say puppy he's 3 in July. I've always found it hard when taking Tank to the groomers as I want some of his coat left and just a thinning out of his coat, I never get this. They always scalp him. I've used 3 groomers before Vicky and haven't been impressed with any of them.



I took Tank over this evening and explained exactly what I wanted and she did it! He looks lovely, feels so soft and smells devine!

I cant recommend vicky enough.. friendly, caring and most importantly knows what shes doing!! The time, care and attention she gave to my very stubborn beagle Nala was above and beyond what i could ever of hoped for!! My dog usually hates baths and any kind of grooming, but with vickys professional, patient and caring approach i now have a very clean, tidy, lovely smelling and happy dog!! I cannot rate Peppas Paws and Susies Claws highly enough.. What an amazing service Vicky is lovely and put me at ease about leaving my pup there and what a fab time he had.. Would have thought he'd miss me just a little bit but I think he was having way too much fun!!

I was a bit dubious about paying someone to groom him as we have always done it ourselves and thought we did a good job, but I can honestly say I was delighted with how he looked when I picked him up. Vicky had listened to my requirements and he looked just perfect. Thank you for a fab service and we will def be in touch when he needs doing again xx

Have been used twice now for my pup, and have no complaints. Pricing is brilliant and Gatsby comes back looking happy and like a proper little boy again Although I've never been able to meet in person, I always have feed back of how well behaved Gatsby has been. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to know what and how their dog has been, as well as perfect results! 10/10 everything
