After almost 12 years of serving the community of Reading and beyond, we sadly inform you that the business has now been sold and is under new ownership.
With the recent loss of our mother and change in family circumstances we felt it was time to step away from our responsibility of serving the community and give someone else a new chance to take this business to another level.
... Over the last decade we’ve gone through many hurdles and overcome many challenges to bring the business to the stage it was at, adapting to the change in custom and demand from an ever-evolving society. As a family this platform has given us much to cherish over they years and provided many opportunities to not only serve but mould our characters and personalities in the process.
We would like you to join us in welcoming the new team now in place and hope to see them thrive and grow to new heights in the near future. Thank you for everything and if there were any shortcomings in the past year we sincerely apologise.

Best chicken shop in the world. Dam those chicken strips are so good I have not found a chicken shop better than this in the UK (and I've been to alot of chicken shops)

Awesome food and quality customer service! It's worth the visit and most definitely try the gourmet burger with donner meat, hits the spot everytime...

had to wait almost two hours for these clowns to get my foodto me. They said that hungry house hadn't provided them with an address but when I checked out it was pretty concise and all information was there. I've wasted twenty odd punds here. I advise you not to do the same. No apologies was forcoming rather they went on to boast that their business had been running for ten years. I will take my business else where..I suggest Hungry house removes them from their great eatery lists.

If there was an option for no starts I would give them no star. the person I spoke to, who was the boss, spoke to me rudely started shouting at me when I asked him to stop calling me “Bruv”. I waited over an hour and a half for my food which was Luke warm and the chips taste like them been in a microwave to be warmed up. The order wasn’t all there and waited over 3 hours since I ordered, the burger,which was part of my order, never came. The customer service and quality of food was appalling. I will never be ordering from here again!!
