What a lovely dress-shopping experience I've had at Perfection! I picked up my dress yesterday and I'm a little sad that it was my last visit there!? All the ladies are so friendly and welcoming, but a big thank you to the lovely Elaine, who helped me find my dream dress. I thought I knew what I wanted - I had been to two other stores and had my pinterest board ready - but Elaine knew better :) she was so patient with me while I tried on dresses I thought I would like, then picked one herself that was totally off-spec but the one I'd been waiting for! Thank you!!! Xxx

We visited Perfection Bridal in Maidstone on 1 September 2018. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. There was a fantastic wide range of beautiful dresses. What made this experience so special and the best we have had, is the staff. They are the icing on the cake. We were welcomed so genuinely and immediately knew this was a very lovely place. The staff are truly gifted in what they do. They were friendly, kind, uplifting and trustworthy and very talented. They made us feel like part of a family. We had a wonderful appointment helped by Shellie who was outstanding in every way. We returned later in the day as we had made a decision and were able to try on the dress and discuss fitting alterations with their wonderful and very experienced seamstress, Elaine whose expertise was second to none. Another fantastically friendly member of staff. Elaine and Shellie made this a very memorable occasion that we will never forget. The celebration with prosecco and photographs on making the decision was great fun. The experience from start to finish filled us with joy.

Took my daughter here to buy her first prom dress, (she's in year 6) they were amazing all the dresses were beautiful, the lady serving us couldn't be more helpful, we were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble she made my daughters experience one to remember, would highly recommend Perfection Bridal xx

I visited perfection bridal on Saturday and I would definitely recommend it. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The ladies in the store were all friendly and Liz in particular was very patient with me as I tried on numerous beautiful dresses. I wasn't rushed at all and the whole experience was very pleasant. Needless to say I found my dream dress and I'm still on a high! I can't wait for my fitting now to do it all again! �

I had an appointment at perfection on Saturday and I couldn't be happier. I was a nervous wreck going in but the girl who helped me made me feel so comfortable. Thank you Stacie and all the other staff for making us feel welcome. Stacie listened to exactly what I wanted and even found some dresses I wouldnt of thought about trying on. I never thought I would find the perfect dress in only 2 hours but I did. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this shop. Can't wait to go back next year for alterations.

I cannot thank the ladies at perfection enough on assisting me to find my dream wedding dress today! They went above and beyond to help me find it and was so patient with me in process! Felt so comfortable from start to finish and I was also lucky enough to meet one of the designers who was so lovely, he was on hand to give a honest option and sketch me in my wedding dress! I cannot fault the amazing staff at Perfection. They were organised, professional and friendly. On my first visit there they let me try on different dresses and didn't pressure me into buying one. I then left to try on others at different stores. The team at Perfection put me completely at ease and were so friendly (along with having the most stunning dresses) that I returned to purchase my dress from them. When my dress had a stain on it from the suppliers they weren't happy with the suppliers response and got a brand new one as a replacement. I don't live locally but this was never a problem. They were able to be flexible around my availability which was amazing. My dress fitted perfectly and I had so many compliments about it throughout the day. I would highly recommend the team at Perfection :)

I came into perfection on Saturday with my mum and sister. After a few months of visiting many shops I finally find my perfect wedding dress.

The shop was beautiful and the staff were very nice. I wouldn’t of found my dream dress without the help of the amazing Shellie. She is excellent and I could tell she loves her job.

This shop is by far in my option the best around.

I can’t wait to get married now and wear that amazing dress.

From the moment we walked in the door we were made to feel very welcome. My daughter love the second dress she tried on but we did go to some other shops just in case. I can honestly say that we did not receive the same treatment in the other shops in the area that we visited. One our second fitting my daughter was treated like the only bride getting married. From my first appointment right through to collecting my dress Perfection were exactly as described and made my whole experience perfect. I visited back in April 2017 with it being my first ever trip to look at dresses and I left that appointment having ordered my dream dress �



All of my fittings were amazing and I was made to feel like the most perfect bride. My dress and veil were beautifully packed in my travel box ready to be transported to our Greek wedding. I literally cannot daily anything.

Best bridal shop I have been too, such a great variation of dresses for all styles and all the staff make you feel so comfortable.

I have been to 18 bridal stores, and tried on 123 wedding dresses.. so I have experienced a lot of shops....

I am so happy that I finally found my dream dress and I found it in this shop. I can wait to go back for my alterations, i have complete confidence in what ever alterations that need to be done will be done to 'perfection'.

I never felt pressured to buy there like I have in other shops especially as I was getting tight with time before the wedding to find a dress. They let me have as much time as I needed until I felt happy to make a decision.



I want to say a special thankyou to Shelly, wedding dress shopping had became stressful in the end after trying so many on and she made it a happy and enjoyable experience for me again.

Amazing service from beginning to end. Nothing was too much to ask. I had many obstacles during the planning of my wedding and the girls in the shop helped me to jump over every one when it came to mine and my bridesmaid dresses. Adapting so much to help me. I believe I became part if the furniture by the time all was complete. I would recommend them very highly over and over again. Thank you girls of perfection!! My dress was certainly a show stopper!! All of the ladies at Perfection Bridal were so helpful from start to finish. From the first phone call I made to when I left the shop with my dream dress I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. I was not rushed at all and I was listened to throughout my visit to the shop. All the ladies were very patient with me, even when I wanted to make quite a dramatic alteration to the dress and the seamstresses were so accommodating with regards to what I wanted and creative with what could be done. Everyone was so friendly and I really felt like the staff understood what an important decision I was making. It was also clear that they really enjoy their work and this has led to an extremely pleasant environment in which to find your wedding dress. I highly recommend Perfection Bridal Maidstone!

A year ago today I brought my wedding dress and Perfection have been amazing throughout the whole year. Firstly, Shelley helped me pick my beautiful wedding dress and she gave me the best experience ever! When I went back to try some wedding shoes on, I tried nearly every pair in the shop(which wasn’t a problem for them at all), the ladies were so lovely helping me pick the perfect pair. I have recommended this shop to 4 friends and they have all got their dresses in their first appointments! Honestly this shop is the best, if you haven’t been to Perfection you need to!!!

This shop is full of blush size 10 dresses . Nothing for medium size girls . You have to squeeze into a 10-8 and then order and pay for your size . Sloppy uninterested consultant who look bored . Website shows lots of designers , dresses on website not in shop . I was shocked . If your above a size 14 avoid at all costs . There were hardly any ivory colour dresses in shop either , no white , all blush or dark beige.



I went to four shops , this was by far the worst . Thought it would be the best .
