Adam and his team are great - they're friendly and happy to answer questions and my bike always feels great after a service from them!

A disappointing first trip. I visited this PM for a quick puncture repair.

The guy said he could do it in around 30 mins - which was reasonable. Unfortunately, I was unable to wait and so I suggested I could buy a tube and do it myself.

He said that was ok, I could buy a tube, use the pump - but I could not borrow any tools. Luckily I had my own with me (just no spare tube).
He then asked me to change my tube outside the shop (nobody else in).

I wasnt a "now now now" customer by any means. If his manners had been slightly more up to standard, I would have explained that I am a doctor and was attending a patients home - hence did not have time to wait and was willing therefore to roll my sleeves up. If I had done so, perhaps he would have been a little more understanding.. offered tools.. not looked at me like he had scraped me from the underside of his shoe... etc...

I plan to avoid this place and would advise others to do the same. Why not try the amazing and friendly A&S cycles on chatsworth road, who have saved my skin many a time (always with a smile and a friendly chat)

I went there carring my bycicle and in about 40mins all the problems were fixed! The guys are really helpful! I was very surprised by the price too. This place is affordable. definitely recommend this place.

I needed to get my breaks fixed and upon arrival I decided that maybe I should have the bike checked tuned. Guys in the shop were super friendly and helpful. I expected the job to take at least a day considering that they would be busy with other bikes but the called me very same day that I can come to pick it up. I was very surprised by the price too. This place is affordable. definitely recommend this place.

These guys are great! I bought my bike a year ago. The let me test a large number of bikes before I made the decision. They're very knowledgeable and want you to enjoy riding your bike as much as they do. Whenever I'm here, they suggest cheaper alternatives with the same outcome!
The shop is small, but there is a great atmosphere.

Fully recommend. Very helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable and they don't try and make you buy the most expensive product (unlike Evans cycles). A reliable local cycle shop. Thanks

Finally found a nice bike shop in London and it's around the corner from my house! Great service and good prices unlike many other shops I tried.
