Extremely helpful - went in for some 5/32 bearings for an emergency switch repair and the gentleman kindly found half a dozen for me, despite being out of stock! If only all shops were as helpful as this!

I took a bike I had purchased online in for some investigation work, as the rear hub appeared to be broken.

The front hub was a bit loose too.

The guy (sorry didn't get his name) looked at it and tried to fix it but the rear wheel was broken.
I never got charged for this?!

This store rocks..left me cycle with him today (23-1-16)after breaking the tool for the crank ,wanted him to loosen it for me as it was first time,came back and he had done the whole job,wouldn't have got that at Halfords....was lookin for some parts and wasn't sure if they had any, looked around for a while then came across some, how many shop owners would really do that for you....very honest person as well....defo go back...price was very good as well......

Dropped our cheap Halfords Carrera hybrid bike off for a service - came back with gear changes better than new! Tyre, inner tube, brake blocks and gear tune up for a very reasonable price. Very pleased, thanks.
