A set of -11.00 varifocal lenses completed last week. Our px had previously been poorly advised on frame choice, resulting in VERY thick lenses. Just from choosing a frame that is narrower it has reduced the edge thickness by around 5mm. Almost half the thickness 👌👌👌👌👌👌

Another one of our new ladies range. We have taken on a few new ranges this year. Sloan and co being one of the most exciting! Wolf eyewear arrived last year but we have extended into wolf cubs which are children's frames 😍 Ascaris and omgs are back also 🙌🙌 I am working my way through all the new arrivals and they will be all out in store asap.

Very impressed with the service here. Took my daughter for her first eye test after a well known High Street opticians practically refusing her because if her age, but at personaleyez there wasn't an issue, they were more than happy to test, no questions asked. The lady who tested her was very friendly and my daughter had a very positive experience. Would recommend to anyone

Took my 8yr old daughter here for her first pair of glasses, Faye gave her endless choices of frames to choose from, wasn’t in a rush, made to feel very welcome, glasses were ordered and back within 3days. Plus

Another bonus was Faye went out her way to provide a “pair of glasses” for my youngest daughter that wanted to be just like her sister. Highly recommend. Big thankyou to Faye at personal eyez.

Though a medical appointment I had a great time. Had plenty of laughs and good convo' s. Felt v welcome relaxed and though informative ( which is grand ) it was in a language I understood!

Just a shame I dont need glasses!!! ( as designs & prices v good )

The whole team at Personal-Eyez have been absolutely fantastic. After having an allergic reaction to my plastic glasses frames they helped when others wouldn't. I needed to find an opticians that would glaze wooden frames and even though the frames weren't purchased from them they did this for me. Faye helped me by explaining the kind of frame that could have prescription lenses in and looking on the internet for the kind of frame that would be suitable. The customer service has been excellent and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you all so much.

Thank you to all the staff who were amazing when my little girl came to have her eyes tested . They reassured her and gave us extra time for her to get used to what will be happening. They were polite and friendly and would recommend them to everyone .

My husband and I had our eyes checked the first time here the staff were very helpful and pleasant and we would recommend to all family and friends can't see us going anywhere else, plus side make wonderful cup of coffee.

Love my glasses , the prices are so reasonable the choice you get here is great . The staff are friendly and welcoming. The aftercare is also very good. In fact I took my mum in as she was having problems with her glasses ,which weren't from here but the lady sorted them out for her with no charge , you can't say fairer than that. I would and do recommend you to everyone ,will definitely be using you again

It was the best decision I have made first class service from the eye test to the varifocals that I had which the Kodak lenses are crystal clear. The fitting was very good as I haven't had to go back for adjustment. I will definitely use them again and recommend Personaleyez in Swadlincote to my friends when they need new glasses

The service we received from Fay and her staff was fantastic Kiaran was really happy too, he was really impressed with his sports glasses which were fantastically priced compared to high street opticians and high quality.

Kiaran said we are going to stay going there aren't we mum? I like Fay (bless him)

I have been visiting Personal Eyez for about two years now. They are a very friendly and professional team. Faye is very friendly and very helpful. I have purchased, I think, 12 pairs of glasses. They have a great choice to choose from at very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them.

I had previously tried varifocals with another (well known) opticians and had to give up & go back to single vision & really struggled. I read reviews on Facebook about how good Personal-eyez was so decided to give them a go. How happy am I that I did!!! I now have 2 pairs of varifocals, one pair being my old Raybans that I had made into sunglasses. From the eye test to the after care none of it could be faulted 11/10 such great service & products.

Having been today I can honestly say, totally different experience... friendly, helpful, nothing too much trouble.

Great staff. The best selection of glasses I have seen in a long time. Very up to date styles. I still wanted something a little special so the girls let me choose and order more frames from their supplier to try. This service has never been offered to me in any other optician. I chose a fabulous pair from the ordered frames and even got a lense upgrade at no extra cost. Would highly recommend this opticians.

Good quality frames x had varifocal sunglasses from the store for my holidays this year x found the lenses a lot clearer than my varifocals frames from another shop that had last march from another shop that I wear daily (not sunglasses) so decided to check out there glasses and price for verifocal lense and frame x a massive difference in price x quoted £240 somewhere else x here £130 bargain x and staff are brill x

Faye and Sarah were absolutely fantastic in sorting me out with some beautiful frames!! They listened to my needs and chose frames for me that suited my prescription too. Can highly recommend the service and quality!! Thank you x

Collected my new specs today, I'm over the moon with them, would recommend to anyone they use personal-eyez right from my eye test with 4 kids in toe up Until collection today (1 week later) I've been extremely happy with professionalism and communication, made me feel at ease when choosing frames, didn't try and add on extras and I've now come away with a bargain price for my new glasses and test..... Get yourself down there and see how much you can save!
