Very nice people very nice shop stunning fish and all well looked after. There malawi are the most colorful in medway and the owner simon really nos his stuff.

Popped in to stock up on fish. Was served by a very knowledgeable member of staff. Really nice relaxed feeling in the shop with no hard sell. Tanks look very well maintained and stocked. Nice to support local businesses, and these guys are good so will be visiting more often.

Never had an issue with them they were always helpful and i have now moved away and cant get something i need for one of our animals and have not long phoned them and they were very helpful and have even helped me by sending the item i needed by post after a card payment

Just bought my 3rd animal of these guys, wonderful people, so knowledgeable, and so handy, small shop yes but packed with everything you could possibly need, and if on the off chance they don't have anything they offer the help to source or order in.



Buy my live food for my Axolotl from them and the worms always fresh and last longer than anywhere I've bought them before

I've just bought an African pigmy hedgehog from here. The staff were lovely, friendly and informative with an offer for care help even afterwards. I even got advice on my other pets while there too!

I purchased a low sunflower seed packet for parrots today and found the quality of the mixture of a high quality and good value for money. I've been using another pet shop for a while now and the same product was not of a high standard and over priced.



The gentleman that served me was very helpful and polite. In future I will be using this store

Went in there last week, very surprise at the lack of stock, very over priced, the quality of bird seed looked 2nd rate much better range and quality in all things wet and furry at the top of Chatham hill

It's a great shop for animal supplies, but the hamsters don't live long I only had mine from March/April this year had to have him put down yesterday �
