A bit of lighthearted relief...

Great brushing guide especially for owners of curly coated and long coated dogs! I have seen some owners talking about buying clippers but this really isn’t necessary if your dog goes to the groomers regularly. Just keep them matt free and they will be comfortable. #makingfurryfabulous

It is with an exceptionally heavy heart, I have made the decision to close the grooming parlour.
I have a duty of care to my staff and myself to try to stay healthy. We will put ourselves into isolation and see where we’re at in a couple of weeks. I will rebook you all in the order you booked so tomorrow’s appointments will get priority when we reopen.

CORONA UPDATE
As of tomorrow, We will only be allowing one person at a time in the shop. I will accept phone orders whereby I can take payment over the phone, I will pack up your orders and when you come to collect, I will pop it outside the door (obviously I’ll make sure you’re ready to collect). All transactions from now will be via credit card - no cash.
As for grooming, my incredible staff have agreed to continue to work but will not come out of the grooming room. I wi...ll take your dog from you at the front door. If you have special instructions, they can call you once your dog is in but as most of you are our wonderful regulars, we should know what you like.
If you are unable to bring your dog in, please, where possible give 24hrs notice as I will staff the shop according to the numbers of dogs we have.
Also bear with us for grooming time, it may take longer than the usual 2 hours.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update.
We continue to follow the advice issued by HM Government and we are keeping our workforce fully briefed.
To keep our loyal customers informed we will issue updates if our situation changes, which we hope is unlikely.

The World Health Organization has stated that there is no evidence that a dog, cat or any pet can transmit COVID-19 as it is mainly spread through droplets produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or speaks, therefore, we are confident to continue to provide you and your pets with our vital service.
We have always held very high hygiene standards and will continue to do so, however, we have also implemented additional health and safety guidelines inline with government advice and will be practicing social distancing during this time, so please don’t be offended if your service is a little less personal than is usual.
Finally, the coming months we be a tough time for independent businesses such as us, so we ask for your support so we can continue providing care for your cats and dog’s health and well-being now and in the future.
Whilst everyone’s health is paramount and we appreciate situations are ever changing, you can make a huge difference to us and our business by providing at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment; we’d really appreciate your help.
We have amazing, loyal customers and we will be doing everything in our power to continue serving you and your pets.

Should anyone be unable to get out to buy food, treats or anything pet related, I am happy to offer a free delivery service to my customers (within a 5 mile radius)
If you can’t bring your dogs in for their grooming appointment, again during this time, where available, we will collect and deliver free of charge however, priority will be given to our more vulnerable owners.
The shop has been deep cleaned using Microbe Shield, an all purpose, long lasting protection against 99....99% of germs that lasts up to 30 days. I will continue to use this product as long as we are allowed to stay open.
