Meet Boss. An incredibly handsome and intelligent dog who has just had a bad start in life. He was dumped by his owners on the street and is now struggling badly in rescue kennels in Suffolk. He has had a full behavioural assessment and would need input from someone that understands dogs well and preferably the breed. He needs a new start with someone that can give him the time, understanding, training and positive environment that he needs. He would be best as an only dog with no children. I seem to have spent a lot of weekends this year doing various courses relating to dogs. Worth it - absolutely fascinating - but could probably do with a nice long holiday soon.

This is the gorgeous Tyler. He really is so loving but his early years were ruined by being hit and locked up by his male owners. As a consequence he often tried to bite men which is why he was always on a lead. No dog is 100% predictable, nothing is, but I can say now that I am 99 per cent certain he won’t bite a man when we’re walking which is a huge improvement. I don’t trust him with bicycles though, which is why I now walk him where there aren’t any, so he can be off lead. My next task is to desensitise him to passing cyclists.

It’s hard to believe that we have such beautiful walks in Norwich. Our dogs (and ourselves) are so lucky. Not many cities offer such a variety.

Bandit was found a year ago absolutely starving and emaciated trying to eat a banana skin as he was so hungry. This was during the time of the beast from the east. He would have died that night had he been left but fortunately found a nice home shortly after being found. Unfortunately now the new owners circumstances have changed and he needs a new home. He is about 2, is neutered, litter trained and chipped and he has a strong personality so would probably be best being the only cat. He would hold his own with dogs. He is a real character and would make someone a lovely pet. Please share and get in touch for more information.
