Great place for kids. Would go again.

I love Pets Corner. Every Animal is well cared for, Children and adults can touch all the animals, and it's so cheap to get in there. I love the fact that you can go into one of the goat's pen and touch them. As an 10 year old I love the place and I want to go there every day. 😊

Animals were clean and well looked after. Cant wait to go back soon!

Ok the pens could do with a little TLC, but I don't think.the animals mind that everything is not new and shiny. Dean a member of staff was really helpful and gave us all the information we needed to know and ensured the animals had clean fresh water and food.
The guina pigs/ chickens were put on.the grass in the sunshine.
For my granddaughter it was small perfect, relaxed and interactive environment.

Took my grandchildren as they wanted to see the goats. Would definitely not go again! The place is so run down. Was told that alot of the rabbits and guinea pigs were not put outside in the sunshine but kept in their cages all the time. Disgusting!! The state of some of the animals was poor.

Lovely for younger children. Plenty of animals to see and lots to do. Feed and play with the baby goats.

A total rip off, my little girl was so disappointed with pets and lack of advertised bouncy castle, more than half the cages were empty and in a poor state.

On a visit to pets corner on 14th September. I was very disappointed. The gates were late opening. The lady was rude. She raised her voice at us for going in. We were supporting a gentlemen with autism and a lady with Down syndrome. She also raised her voice when the gentlemen we support was in the shop resulting in him becoming agitated. Whilst I was paying she was talking to another lady and do not acknowledge me just took my money. I found this lady extremely rude and unprofessional. All the staff were quiet and not one said hello. Animals looked in a poor state. Wouldn't waste my money going back. Very disappointed. And staff need to learn some customer service.

Been here many times. Ood value. Took children and grandchildren this time.. Had a great time. Prefer to go when sunny so we can have a picnic and stay longer. The goats are always the highlight. We all love them. Feel its a part of Lowestoft.
