We've used Pets Pyjamas many times now, and love it for dog friendly travel. The hotels are always gorgeous, and if there's any problems or questions the team get back to you quickly.

We can't wait to book our trips with them this year

They have fabulous customer service! My presents I ordered still hadn't come on the 23rd so I rang up and spoke to a lovely lady and they sent me another blanket personalised with next day delivery � thank you so much he loves it !

First booking staying at The Bear in the beautiful Cotswolds. Fabulous service and very accommodating to our furry member of the family! Will use petspyjamas again 😀🐶👍🏻

Fantastic customer service from Venetia Thankyou so much, we have just arrived at our Lodge in Cornwall and it is beautiful very dog friendly perfect for my Springer Spaniel and Labrador pup �

Amazing!! Ordered a birthday cake for my pooch ronnies 1st birthday. It was delivered quickly, packaged well (including a birthday card) the cake is beautiful and the dogs loved it! Thanks...this will be our new poochie shop ❤️

Only slight disappointment was our 'doggy' pack -addressed to both dogs- contained only one of everything... We can share poo bags and treats but one toy was a bit tricky! Loved the bowl though very handy for the beach!

I have used this company on a few occasions and never used to have a problem with them, however on the last occasion the team really disappointed me with their lack of care for their customers. Awaited a call back for over an hr which never came so i had to chase it and received rude and mixed up feedback, and no one could tell me where my parcel was or when it would arrive, because it seems they cannot communicate between themselves.

Never received an apology or good will gesture for the inconvenience and false emails i received about delivery times of a product i had already paid for.

Im always buying my baby new things but i guess ill have to take my custom else where as almost a month on when i think of the situation and where to buy from, I'm still mad.

The weekend away was good but I then had to chase Pets Pyjamas for the points promised to be added to my account. When they were,

I then used all the points to purchase a dog toy but this never arrived and despite 3 unanswered emails I am now not impressed with their aftersales customer service and would never book with this company again because had things gone wrong with our trip, I really have no confidence that anyone would have done anything to help. The booking was not that much cheaper than booking direct so they have now lost my customer and all the friends I had recommended them to. All in all, dreadful, unprofessional customer service.

Goodbye Pets Pyjamas! - good concept but poor aftersales will see you lose business.

Can't fathom why it takes the order a full week (or slightly longer) to be delivered when the P & P is £3.95. Most ecommerce websites I use have free P & P and the goods come within 1-2 days.

Still waiting for a package which I order at the start of February. I've called 4 times, I've emailed as well and nothing. Thought this looked like a wonderful company but it seems not. I was going to book a holiday with them but after the lack of service I have received ordering a bandana, I don't think I'll risk it!

I too had payment taken on 18/12 for a pre Christmas delivery with no call back despite several promises on 23/12 and no response to various emails when the Christmas gift was not delivered. They claimed they had to wait to hear from stockist but I spoke to stockist who answered immediately, had not heard from the company and said they dispatch via 2nd class only, not trackable and still no delivery or answer. Do not order from this company as unreliable. They sent me a review request but wouldn't then post it as it didn't meet their guidelines. Interesting when they don't meet their customer obligations but take funds promptly. Look at their products listed certainly but then source the items you want direct from the suppliers. Same for the holidays they post. Just as easy and safer to book direct. Do not help them get rich off poor service.

I ordered christmas presents from `Pets Pyjamas on the 19th of December, payment was taken the next day, however i have not received the items. I have emailed and no one is replying to my messages.... I would not order from them again! Very disappointing
