Great Place, well worth a visit!!!
Agree with a previous review. Took in a bike purchased from Halford's for my 5 year old grandson to have its brakes set up and the owner was very obnoxious. When my daughter called in to collect the bike he was very rude (and in front both of my grandchildren). If you are are a serious biker and want to spend lots of money then he will probably be fine with you, otherwise I would suggest he loses his attitude and gets over the fact that people buy bike from other outlets, not just his.
Was on a long ride from Bristol to Reading. Rear bikes had failed. Popped in on the off chance. They were very busy but got my bike repaired brilliantly. These guys know what they are doing and are 'proper' bike mechanics. Go in and see what they build in-house. Amazing service.
Popped in to this shop to browse but was astonished by the rude attitude of both members of staff. Them: "Do you have a bike?" Me: "yes, I have a Cervelo R3SL" (generally regarded as a pretty nice bike). Them: "oh, the great pretenders - they *say* they are good bikes, but Colnago are *definitely* the best bikes on the planet". We were made to feel very unwelcome.
I would recommend that they don't slag off other people's bikes if they want to win customers. I wouldn't consider buying an inner tube from these guys.
Way better service than my son's bike deserves. Bike repair shop that loves bikes - even his. Thanks
I am in love with my bike - De Rosa Idol and this is down to Nick. His bike fitting service made a significant difference to all aspects of my riding. It immediately sorted out my niggles so I am so much more comfortable, efficient and faster yes faster yeah.
Highly recommended. Best shop in the area.
Pewsey Velo is a superb shop with great advice and quality equipment, importantly the staff are cyclists and show passion about the sport and are NOT your typical salesmen. A true bike shop for real cyclists - and a great cycling club and race team to.
Came into this shop and what can I say. Great Service, They have a great amount of knowledge and they are prepared to help anyone who needs some advice. This shop has a great range of Bikes from Derosa, Fondriest, Dawes and more. As well as a great range of Accessories and parts. If it not in stock they will even bend over backwards to get the part the best that they can.
When it comes to Servicing bikes. The bikes come back to you as working brand new and in some cases better then when you brought it. Would highly recommend you come in, even if it's just to have your brakes done.
Then when it comes to having a bike fit. As well as being BikeFit Trained . The time spent looks at everything from you cleats, feet, body position, legs, and making sure that the bike is more comfy. You are made to feel really important and any issue is not an issue at all here. They will try their best to make sure that any issue disappear.
