To all our customers, old and new, just wanted to send a quick message. The No1 shisha lounge in West yorkshire will be opening back to normal tomorrow. Thank u to everyone for waiting patiently. It has been tough for the last few months but were back.

Went to Leeds for a work trip. Took a colleague of mine to Phantom after hearing so many good things about this place. Shisha was on point, coal was regularly changed and the staff were very friendly. Indeed a pleasable evening and will defo return again. Beats most places down in London!

Visiting not long ago and LOVED it much better than Middlesbrough!

Tried Shisha's in Manchester , Bradford , Sheffield and all of them in Leeds and no one makes Shisha like the lads at Phantom. It lasts for ages, and is so easy to pull through, coals turned regularly, as for the staff, anyone that says they rude , take a chill pill, they are the best, if it's favouritism you're looking for go to Pashas . The, services, Shisha, seating and over all are fantastic but to me the music is ought to be in English because there are from everywhere can be present in this lovely venue.

I think our waiter let us down. Non-english speaking which is a shame.

The Lounge: Very nice and tidy place.

Nice design. Comfortable couches and tables.

Staff all look smart and polite, however they need to communicate more and be more talkative, not stair at you until you make a decision or nod their heads when you say “Thank you”!

Overall, very nice lounge and obviously can tell that the owner has put their heart into it by spending well to attract more people to their lounge. One of the best looking lounges I’ve seen in UK.



VIP: They have nice VIP seats, with individual TV’s for each VIP booth.



Coal Changers: I think its professional when they are active, walking around to make sure everyone is okay and they change coals without you needing to ask which is great.

Again, they need to be more talkative and smile more, like they want to be there.



Food & Desserts: The misses had Apple Pie Crumble with Custard. Very nice and well done. Wide selection of desserts and drinks available.



Prices: Reasonable. Maybe some offers wouldn’t hurt since they claim they are the best at shishas. (Two Shishas for £15 / Two Tuesday for Price of one?) < Just a thought.



Shishas: I smoked Double Apple & Paan. Nice but I’ve had better.



Restrooms: Although its tiny, but toilets are the cleanest and nicest I’ve seen in any shisha lounge.

When you pay a particular price you expect a certain calibre of service. Dealing with rude staff is not something you want when you go to relax. Atrocious seating with ash smothered over them like the layer of snow. Left within 10 minutes upon arrival and headed straight to Al Qaza Bradford. The biggest shame is not being able to rate it 0 stars. Never again.

When out with A few work colleagues horrible hospitality, The Guy on the full had attitude problems, ‘King of Shishas’ My Ass.. You get better customer service and hospitality at them £5 lounges!!!... Never Again would I ever go there again or recommend it to anyone. Word of Advice To everyone out there, They couldn’t make a cup of Desi Tea properly never mind A F****** Shisha!. Felt like my lounges were about to collapse.

Shisha was abysmal, seating was very similar to a brothel I've seen on tv and the mint tea! well let's just says I would rather go Bear Grylls and drink my 2 week old urine

One tip! When blowing the coal please blow away from the customer (guy in the nike cap) left me covered in ash! And flavours were off! Waste of time!

Leaving without doing shisha n paid for it ! Customer service bullshit ! Don't have manners to speak to customer !

Didn't mentioned about the policy about buying one shisha between two people , half of the friends came later cause few don't have shisha , staff told to leave ! It was just five minutes we had shisha and refused to refund !
