Phet Ploy Thai Massage, Sandbach - After trapping a nerve in my back and suffering a partially numb leg, and nagging lower back pain for over a year, I visited the doctor who prescribed anti depressants! Apparently they should make me sleep deeply and my muscles might relax and release the nerve - it didn't happen, but i was quite chilled for a couple of weeks!

Then I went to a therapist specialising in sports injuries - she hurt me and left me with two huge bruises on my bum, and I still had a trapped nerve.

Still in pain and finding it hard to carry heavy stuff or even walk short distances I followed a recommendation from my neighbour to try Phet Ploy Thai Therapeutic Massage and I have not looked back since.

Chat works on my whole body, has never hurt me or left me with a single bruise. She is passionate about helping people and offers an exercise class for her clients (for a small cost). I can't stress the physical improvement I have experienced and more surprisingly the mental benefits.

In other words I can't recommend Phet Ploy enough. Hope this helps anyone in pain out there.

Just been for a massage today after a very stressful time at work. After 30 minutes I knew that I needed more time with her so I had an extra half hour session. She massaged and stretched every single muscle in my body. I now feel much more relaxed. Definitely be going back soon.

Fabulous hour long massage with Chad & trainee Panita. 1st time Thai massage and I loved it! Combination of deep tissue massage with stretches & positions I never thought possible! I made some very funny noises. Chad so knowledgable. Will definitely return for more!
