Terrific performance of Tchaikovsky and Prokofiev, directed with verve, authority and enthusiasm by #ElimCham, with #SimonTrpceski in great form at the piano - he even treated us to an encore as homage to Lorin Maazel.

THANKYOU to the Maestro and the Band for an epic performance of Mahler One at DMH last night. It was one of the best live performances of the work I have heard in over fifty years concert-going, aided by the magnificent acoustics of our hall. The Brass, in particular were in vintage form, but everyone was on her/his mettle tonight. Bodes well for the RFH. DMH was ROCKING!😂
