Comprei ha 20 dias um CPAP DreamStation Respiritronics com Umidificador, e a mais duas traqueia de reserva, dois tipos de mascaras para adaptar o mais rápido possível.

Estava certa que havia feito uma ótima escolha pois o custo é bem alto... ate esbarrar nas dificuldades de uma empresa engessada sem abertura para atender e entender minhas necessidades.

Primeira dificuldade de não conseguir o programa para descarregar o cartão em meu notebook, por viver como nômade em um motorhome preciso deste programa, para ter o acompanhamento a distancia do meu medico que tb nao tem o programa.

Segundo problema, nesses 20 dias de uso um dos FILTROS de ar está sujo (Filtro Ultra-Fino Azul Claro Descartável) * no mercado não tem disponível para comprar avulso, sendo assim estou usando somente o lavável.

No manual deve ser tocado quando sujo, e se estragar vão alegar que meu equipamento não teve ventilação necessária, levando-o superaquecer e vou ter da assistência técnica a resposta de mal mau uso, sendo assim a garantia não cobre.

Como pode uma empresa lançar um equipamento de alto custo e ainda não ter disponível o filtro para vender?

What the !!!k are Philips doing participating in some fiasco that awards Jeremy Hunt, a totally unfeeling politician This is a slap in the face for all caring health care workers.

Phoned customer support about the Dreamstation Go (travel CPAP) as to where I could purchase one in the UK as the search engines only showed US sites. Not only did the lady representative say shes never heard of one but she was quite abrupt and made no effort in finding when it could be available in the UK. Didnt instill much confidence in the company or its people.

Bought a Sonicare toothbrush, in less than five years it was completely broken, wouldn't turn on, wouldn't charge.



Philips said because it was more than 2 years old there was nothing they could do. They offered me a 30% voucher. But my expectation is a £250 toothbrush should last for more than two years.



Just think, you could buy a toothbrush from Poundland every month for the next twenty years and still have change rather than buying this shoddy product from Philips!!
