Glad house move behind me. Engaging my core meant i got through it with spine intact. A few more wrinkles and grey hairs perhaps. Glad to have hubbie home finally and excited to teach tonight in ruskington at 7pm.
Attended a great taping for pilates course at APPI in London last week. Rock tape rocks. Come along and try pilates for beginners at Ruskington Methodist Church Hall. Monday 9.30 am
Fab week skiing near chamonix. Excited to get back to class tomorrow 9.30 am
