By delivering simulations, we record user response and gather data on susceptibility rates at a per-user level. Each simulation delivers training and we also build bespoke intimate training sessions based on the data we gather. Awareness Training must be a continuous exercise to build human intuition. The typical method of delivering a single annual workshop only works for a brief few days /weeks. During the Awareness Training sessions we request that users report suspicious emails to a dedicated mailbox that is attached to a Machine-Learning powered tool for rapid email analysis. If malicious signs are detected by the tool, we can proactively quarantine the attack within minutes, working closely with our other InfoSec partners to ensure effective mitigation ensues.
