My name is Lesley Ford and I provide mental health support for those in business. I do this by making adjustments to your self-belief system (known as your sub-conscious state). If you fee like you are under performing, constantly tired, or just over whelmed with tasks, pressure, targets etc I can help re-align your limiting beliefs and get you performing to where you want to be. You can say all you want to say /believe in your conscious world, for instance I am going to get that sale, sign up or whatever, but it is the unconscious state that rules you and that might believe that you are not good enough, successful enough, worthy enough etc and no matter how much effort you put into something you will automatically self-sabotage your efforts.
